Device Advantages
1. Vibration molding technology of the machine: multi-vibration source stepless speed change is adopted to overlap the vibration source with the mold and isolate it from the outside by air suspension. The equipment has good adaptability to raw materials, and the requirements of industrial waste residues such as fly ash as raw materials are considered:
1. The radioactive material of fly ash meets the GB6763-86 regulations, the technical requirements meet the GB1596-91 regulations, and the water content is not specified.
2. The cement shall comply with the provisions of GB175, GB1344 and GB12958, but the pozzolanic Portland cement and fly ash Portland cement shall not be used.
3. The particle size of all kinds of common aggregate is not more than 10mm.
4. Sand shall meet the requirements of GB/T1681-93.
5. Crushed stones shall comply with the provisions of GB/T1685-93.
6. Admixtures and activators comply with the provisions of GB8076, and the use of activators must be confirmed to be non-destructive to the performance of fly ash blocks.
