process characteristics:
After the materials are collected and pretreated, auxiliary materials are added and 1‰ strains are added. After the materials are mixed, the water content is about 60%, mixed and stirred, and the temperature is rapidly heated to achieve rapid inoculation effect in a suitable environment (microbial fermentation bacteria rapidly activate and reproduce, produce various biological proteases, decompose cellulose, protein, fat, sugar and other macromolecular organic matters in the materials), and deodorization effect can be achieved in about 2-3 hours. After discharging, run to the post-ripening area with a pile height of 1.2-1.8m. Regularly detect the temperature to above 60 degrees Celsius and turn over the pile in time for 3-4 times. When the temperature drops naturally, the material is basically decomposed.
