casting welding: large and medium-sized annealing furnace for annealing treatment, in order to eliminate the residual stress. For parts that cannot be annealed, vibration aging treatment is used. Through multi-point measurement, the principle of vibration stress elimination molecular structure is used to eliminate the residual stress generated during casting, welding and machining.

blade: use a special conformal grinding machine to process the blade profile. The size and shape of the profile shall be controlled by using the combined template and the thickness inspection template of each section to measure and inspect.

spindle: independent design and manufacture of a special calibration pendulum boring tool, can meet the various types of spindle processing and connection concentricity control. Abrasive belt grinding and honing technology are used in spindle bearing position processing. Liquid nitrogen freezing technology is used in shaft sleeve and pin assembly.

Volute case and tail water elbow: computer-controlled automatic cutting machine is used for blanking of section pipe unfolding blank. The group welding of volute case and tail water elbow adopts semi-automatic welding technology. The forming of section pipe is guaranteed by special tools. The group welding of each section pipe is positioned and fixed with special positioning and clamping tools to ensure the accuracy of spiral case and tail water elbow pipe type line.

Generator: The product is applied with "F" grade insulation, and the magnetic pole coil is filled with nitrogen and oxygen-free annealing process.

Stator coil adopts F-class Tung Ma epoxy powder mica tape J5441-1 insulation full molding process

The main shaft of the hydraulic turbine and the main shaft of the generator are assembled together to find and calibrate the swing on a 14-meter heavy-duty precision lathe.

Hongfa Heavy Industry has a provincial-level enterprise technology center and a high-tech enterprise. It applies computer software such as motor electromagnetic calculation, water machine selection calculation, motor coil calculation, shaft system critical speed calculation, and finite element analysis and calculation of important components in the design of hydro-generator sets.

Company cooperates with Guangxi University and Guangxi Computer Computing Research Center to jointly develop auxiliary design software for hydraulic turbine generator sets to optimize the design of hydraulic turbine generator sets. Through the design software, the stress model is established for the stress components, and the finite element analysis, calculation and reliability are carried out. The three-dimensional model of the components is pre-assembled on the computer, so as to ensure the advancement, economy and reliability of the unit. The full application of hydraulic turbine parameter design software for the design and development of hydraulic turbine products shortens the development cycle of hydraulic turbine products by 60% and reduces the cycle required for product delivery to users by 30%.
