Its structure is relatively simple, the measurement accuracy is not high, and it is not convenient for automatic control; the measurement method adopted by our company is a weight-type slurry metering tank with a sensor as a metering element, which has high measurement accuracy and is convenient for automatic control.

2. Measurement of powdery materials:

The measurement adopted by Guangxi Hongfa Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. is electronic powder metering. The measurement method has high precision, can realize automatic recording and full program control, and can carry out multi-material measurement. The metering and feeding instructions are clear, so as not to cause misoperation, but the equipment cost and maintenance requirements are high. However, other manufacturers generally adopt the measurement method of lever-type powder metering, which is simple in structure, but the measurement accuracy is not high, the material in and out of the material is not intuitive, easy to cause misoperation, and most of them can only measure one material, complicating the layout of the batching system.

3. Measurement of aluminum powder:
