1.1 Purpose:
The QT8-15D block forming machine developed and produced by our company is a special equipment for the production of building blocks. The machine can use fly ash, slag or other industrial waste residue and river sand, gravel, cement and other materials, through the replacement of mold production of a variety of different specifications of the hollow block, porous brick, curb stone, road brick and grass brick, ring tree brick, slope protection brick and other concrete products. The fabric-matching mechanism can also produce layered products.
1.2 structure
The main frame of the QT8-15D block forming machine adopts a gantry frame structure, which is strong and resistant to vibration and has good reliability. The design adopts the hydraulic discharge mode of independent foundation, and the raw materials are put immediately. Mesh wave type swing cloth structure, cloth effect is excellent. The plug-in welding mold is made of manganese steel carburizing and quenching. The 100000 mold is not easy to deform and wear. The QT8-15D block forming machine can form a simple production line with PLD1200 batching machine, JS500 mixer, 8 m belt conveyor and palletizer.

1. Plate feeder
consists of a pallet box, a plate-feeding fork, a fork frame, a propulsion cylinder, and a plate frame. It is mainly used to store pallets and transport pallets in cycles.
2, molding machine
is composed of main frame, distributing car, station shaft sliding sleeve, vibration table, mold, upper and lower synchronization mechanism, propulsion cylinder, etc. It is mainly used for main material filling, molding, vibration, molding, demoulding, etc.
3, block conveyor
is composed of transmission frame, chain transmission mechanism, belt pulley transmission mechanism, horizontal guide wheel and other parts, which is mainly used for conveying the finished block.
4. Hydraulic station
is composed of oil tank, motor, oil pump, filter, cooler, integrated block, hydraulic valve, etc., and mainly provides driving power source for various moving parts. Adoption of hydraulic stationN32 or N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil, the filtration accuracy of the oil injected into the oil tank shall not be less than 20μm, and the unfiltered oil shall not be injected into the oil tank.
5. Electrical control cabinet
(1) Control part
control part is composed of PLC programmable controller, expansion module, touch screen man-machine interface, intermediate relay, AC contactor and other electrical components. It has manual and automatic operation modes to control the action of each process. For example, the functions of pressing head up and down, die box up and down, main material car advance and retreat, pre-vibration, forming main vibration, demoulding, pallet advance and retreat, etc. can realize man-machine dialogue, and adjust the feeding times and vibration time outside the machine.
(2) Manipulation part
control part is composed of indicator lights, control buttons, programmable intelligent operation panel, etc. Through the operation of the relevant electrical components of the console, the current equipment status can be displayed, and manual and automatic conversion can be easily realized. Set or modify the relevant working parameters, and cut off the power supply in time when the equipment fails to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
