core foamed concrete self-insulation block is produced by a fully automatic core foamed concrete self-insulation block production line independently developed and produced by Guangxi Hongfa Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. The production line is divided into a shell production system and a fully automatic grouting system.

1. Shell Production System: by the material metering system, concrete mixing system,cement brick moldingsystem and shell steam curing system;

2. Automatic grouting system:consists of feeding metering and conveying system (external additives), automatic foam concrete mixing and foaming system, automatic grouting system and palletizing system.
