1. Cement mill

◆ Product Description: All kinds of cement mills produced by Hongfa Heavy Industry are suitable for dry or wet grinding of various ores and other grindable materials in cement plants, refractory plants, chemical fertilizer plants and ferrous or non-ferrous metal concentrators.

◆ Working principle: Cement mill is composed of feeding hopper, rotating part, discharging part, main bearing part and transmission part. When the mill is rotating, the grinding body in the machine is attached to the lining plate and rotates with the grinding body due to inertial centrifugal force and friction force. After being taken to a certain height, it is thrown down due to its own gravity. The falling grinding body shatters the materials in the simplified body like a projectile.

2. Dryer

◆ Product introduction: The dryer is mainly used for drying materials with certain humidity or particle size in mineral processing, building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry and other departments. The raw meal powder is fed into the kiln cylinder from the high end of the kiln cylinder. Due to the inclination and slow rotation of the kiln cylinder, the material produces a compound movement that rolls along the circumferential direction and moves from the high end to the low end along the axial direction. The raw material is discharged from the low end of the kiln cylinder after firing cement clinker through decomposition, firing and other technological processes in the kiln.

◆ Technical features: The kiln body is made of high-quality carbon steel or alloy steel plate and automatically welded; the rolling ring is made of ZG35CrMo steel or 42CrMo steel. The large tooth is connected with the kiln cylinder through a tangential spring plate, and the sealing device structure adopts two categories: labyrinth type and contact type, and the contact type is divided into scale type, graphite block type, cylinder slip ring type and other forms. 4. Metallurgical rotary kiln

◆ Product introduction: Metallurgical rotary kiln is a thermal equipment for drying, roasting and calcining bulk or slurry materials. It is used in industrial sectors such as non-ferrous smelting, iron and steel metallurgy, chemical industry, cement and refractory materials, especially in non-ferrous smelting and refractory industry. Both ends of the rotary kiln are sealed with combined scales to make the air leakage coefficient less than 10%. Composite refractory materials are used to reduce radiation heat loss. It is a rotating device that is usually used to heat limestone and other raw materials to high temperatures, causing them to decompose into compounds such as lime and carbon dioxide. This process is called lime calcination. In a lime rotary kiln, the raw materials are fed from one end of the kiln, through a high temperature zone inside the kiln barrel, and eventually lime and other products are produced at the other end.

◆Technical characteristics:

1. The vertical preheater with advanced structure and low pressure loss can effectively improve the preheating effect. The decomposition rate of limestone after preheating can reach 20-25%, and 10-15mm fine limestone can be directly used;

2. Reliable combined scale sealing at both ends of rotary kiln. Use composite refractories to make the air leakage coefficient less than 10% to reduce radiation heat loss;
