Aerated Concrete Production Line

aerated concrete production line mainly uses fly ash (slag) as the production raw material, lime and cement as the cementing material, and aluminum powder as the aerating agent. The aerated concrete is produced by crushing, measuring, mixing, pouring, resting, cutting, steam curing and other processes. Aerated concrete is a new type of wall building material, which has the advantages of light weight, heat preservation, heat insulation, energy saving, waste utilization, environmental protection construction, convenient and fast. Because it contains a large number of uniform and small pores after gas, it is named aerated concrete.

AAC aerated concrete raw materials

1. Sand (65-70%): the core raw material of AAC products; the main resource of silicon-aluminum components; according to the JC409-91, the clay should be less than 4%.
2. Lime (12-20%): one of the main raw materials of fly ash AAC; Its main function is to provide efficient calcium oxide with cement, so that calcium oxide reacts with SiO2 and Al2O3 in hot water to generate calcium silicate hydrate. Therefore, lime is also a major source of strength. The effective calcium oxide content of lime should not be less than 65%, and more than 80% is the ideal value, which should comply with JC/T621-1996.
3. Cement (8-10%): OPC cement is proposed to be used as the main bonding material in this project. It will provide faster strength to the bricks while improving consistent quality. It also ensures better cost-effectiveness. The use of OPC will be a standardized practice. Another major advantage of using OPC (compared to other adhesives) is that it is easily available locally through the nationwide retail network of cement companies.
4. Gypsum (1-2%): Gypsum is a foaming regulator in AAC, which can disperse quicklime and delay the densification of slurry. CaSO4 should be greater than 70%.
5. Aluminum powder (0.074%): This is the type of forming agent and supply suggestion determined according to the raw material and mixed formula: this raw material has been introduced a lot in the introduction of this project. But this raw material is provided free of charge in thermal power plants. There is no tax on this project. Transportation costs are borne only by the entrepreneur.
Autoclaved aerated concrete is based on the calcium-silicon hydration reaction. In addition to traditional sand, there are many types of solid waste that can be used to produce AAC, such as slag, tailings, ceramic tailings, etc. The most common solid waste is fly ash. The utilization of a large amount of fly ash and solid waste is very important for environmental protection.

After static foaming and curing, blocks or plates of various specifications are cut into blocks or plates, which are fed into autoclave by steam curing truck and cured by high temperature and high pressure steam to form porous and lightweight concrete products.
