3Step-by-step cutting machine
: the overturning hanger turns the mold with the blank body 90 degrees in the air and places it on the cutting trolley. Demoulding leaves the blank body and side plates on the cutting trolley. The cutting trolley is driven by the motor to complete longitudinal cutting, groove milling and horizontal cutting through the slitting device. After the cutting trolley continues to walk to the central position of the crosscutting device to stop, the crosscutting device is started, and the crosscutting frame cuts vertically from top to bottom to complete; the cutting trolley travels to the marshalling sling, and the blank (with side plates) is hoisted to the steam curing trolley by the marshalling sling, and the cutting trolley returns to the original position for the next cutting cycle.
4Turnover Table
After the blank is cut, the turning table turns the blank 90 degrees to remove the bottom waste, thereby improving the utilization rate of waste products.
5semi-finished product sling

6Steam-curing Trolley
steaming trolley is a carrier that carries the side plates together with the blank in and out of the autoclave. The cut blank is hoisted to the steaming vehicle together with the bottom plate. The trolley carries the bottom plate together with the blank body and is grouped into an autoclave for steam curing.
